I get it, I really do, but unfortunately this plan would also require Blacks and other marginalized people to be in constant interaction with people who (sometimes don't know any better), and will emotionally harm us, and we have enough to deal with in the interactions we have with y'all now. I have no wish to put myself in harm's way, just to try to get white people to be better people.

Also wasn't that the purpose of desegregation? We tried it, but white people decided that instead of engaging with us as equals, they'd prefer to run away to the suburbs.
