I don’t see any way for Christians to come back from supporting trump. Their stance behind this vile human being is not winning them any more converts or supporters, and I think it may actually cost them followers in the long run.

I think part of the reason so many people have been leaving the church, is because many people have seen that too many so-called Christians do not have the strength of their convictions, and abide only by Christ’s tenets when it’s convenient for them, or to demonize others.

In following behind this man they may lose everything as people begin to turn on them, and it could all end up pointless anyway, because people always seem to forget that just like laws can be made, they can also be un-made.
