I don’t know about that. I think it will be about race in a lot places considering how segregated so many of us are. There are people out there right now with the specific goals of going after women and PoC, and things haven’t even collapsed yet, so I can imagine what they think they’re going to be able to get away with when everything finally does. Probably our best tactic (at least of the most vulnerable and marginalized people and our allies) would be to form cooperatives of some kind. I don’t think many of us will have the luxury of “going it alone”, and “rugged individualism”. I still think Katrina was a worst case scenario and not necessarily how it will be (plus we’ve learned a lot since then) because we can also use Puerto Rico as an example too!
