I detect not even one lie here! This sums it up nicely but misses one tiny part of the issue that doesn't exist in the same way there. Big Pharma is most of this issue, but at least a small part of this, maybe 20% can be laid at the feet of white Americans being taught by politicians, for several decades, that various drug epidemics that hit out poorest communities was not their problem, so no infrastructure was ever set up to help them.

And now, it is their problem, and there's nothing in place to help them.
