I believe what is required here now is called " enthusiastic consent". If she isn't telling you she wants it, or making it absolutely clear in some way that you should keep going, then you stop! This works for you too because later she cannot claim she was coerced, and let's face it, it's always sexier when the woman is enthusiastic about getting down too!
