I am genuinely baffled at the idea that these people are out here thinking that you (and other PoC) are just in these highly specialized spaces based solely on what? Your looks? Your ability to smile right? Get coffee? Who did he think you were? A secretary?

I am seriously and genuinely confused at how easily these men question other people's competence, and the assumption right from the start, that certain people have none. Hence the question.
