I agree! We need to be a nakedly blunt about how we feel as they are. I'm not concerned with hurting their feelings. I don't have the luxury of being worried about that. (I'm the kind of person who catches hell from white men regardless of what I say, so I say what I'm going to say and stand by my convictions.)

Just like with racism, we need to stop couching our criticism of these things in such a way that allows the people reading it to absolve themselves of the behavior being described.
