I actually was happy to see a lot of Americans take up useful skills during this pandemic, like learning how to make bread, crafts that are actually useful and stuff. But most Americans don’t know how to do anything useful, like make clothing, knitting, distilling water, repairing broken items, how to dress and cook animals and fish, make a basket, or throw a pot. (I learned some of these skills in basic art school classes btw.)
