He probably has not. Ive noticed (at least in my personal life) that a lot of Conservative people are either not technically savvy or disregard its existence as anything that's important to them.

I say this because many of the people calling for the banning of certain books forget about the existence of the internet. that excerpts and free copies are available online as PDFs, or though the digital portion of the library!
