He knows society is set up to award people who willingly and happily punch down. White men get rewarded for victimizing everyone they consider beneath them, and Black men have learned that its okay to bash Black women without too much consequence.

Everyone in a society knows who they can safely bully without pushback because nobody cares whether those people get hurt.
