For white women who step out of line or do anything white men disagree with its the term "crazy. For Black women, when we do something men don't like, we get put back in our place by being called "angry', and for Latinas, whenever they do anything a man doesn't want her to do it gets sexualized, (and called "cute" as a way to diminish what they say). Asian women who talk too much and speak their minds get called "dragon ladies".

All of these are ways to dismiss women's lived experiences, goals, needs, and desires, and keep women quiet and complacent. The methods are slightly different but the goals are all exactly the same.
