For some reason, I find the idea that some people do not know how to be neighbors a global problem, kind of comforting. Our neighbors had a wild screaming party the other night until we'll into 2 in the morning! On a weekday! They weren't even close to my house but down the street. That's how loud they were!

But now I don't feel quite so bad knowing that some people act a fool no matter what country they live in.
