Except that's not exactly what Black women are doing though. We're taking a more nuanced approach of pulling back from helping those groups who voted trump into office (namely straight white women and Latinos). We're no longer laboring on their behalf. They're going to have to organize and help themselves.
We are still here advocating for each other. We simply aren't helping those who wanted and aided his return.
Speaking for me though, I'm going to continue doing what it's in me to do. I'm still here for the queer community. I'm going to do what I've always done in helping our most vulnerable, by speaking up, raising awareness, encouraging and supporting them.
