Exactly! It’s one thing to know a lot about them, but to know them on an interpersonal level, we’re going to need to interact with them in social settings. To parse out how they think about things on personal levels were going to need to have personal conversations with them. We can observe and extrapolate from what we see, but real knowledge comes from talking to a lot of them.
