Exactly! For Black women this isnt about bravery. Its not about being strong. Not that we aren't encouraged constantly to shut up, but It's about necessity and survival. If we didn't do it we would just curl up and die. We literally wouldn't be able to live with ourselves if we kept our mouths shut.
