A Karen isn’t simply any random white woman, or a white woman who is merely being disagreeable. That is not what that means. It’s the combination of public rage, and racist entitlement that caused Black communities to create the term, and I’m getting really tired of people (mostly white men) using the term to insult any white women that they simply dislike. All Karens are white women, but not all white women are Karen’s! For this reason the Black community has largely stopped using the term. (Once the dissemination into white mainstream culture begins we usually dump any terms we invented anyway though.)
