At this point I'm starting to consider it a mark against their character. I can accept the first time as a genuine mistake some people might be sorry for. I still don't like those people but at least some of them have changed their minds since then, but now? Any open support of him is a sign the person simply lacks character and/or intelligence. (Hidden support of him at least shows that the person has some vague concept of shame.)
