And this falls in line with bigotry against women of color. Women in general for sure but especi all women of color because of the hundreds of years of stereotypes and sexual objectification of Black, Asian, and Latina women, it is assumed that we can never be asexual, which is another form of erasure. (The assumption is that women of other cultures are over "oversexed", and so cannot abstain from it.)
