And most women do not have experience in many of these technical professions because we've been gate-kept (for various reasons) out of them. If this were a sudden shift it would be devastating to all societies, because then we'd have to also deal with grieving and traumatized women (and I'd be one of them. I'd miss the men Id loved.)

And Imma be blunt, I don't think things would be much better for women of color with white women in charge of things (and you know they'd want to be on charge because...whiteness is a helluva drug.)

An adjustment to this new world would take time.
