And more importantly they need to start casting Black actors in roles that have nothing to do with their race, or overcoming racism. Sometimes we just want to see Black people (most especially Black women who are really rare in such films) having adventures, kicking butt, falling in love, questing for the McGuffin, etc.

And even more important, the industry needs to ignore the white whiners (mostly men) who bitch, argue, and kvetch every time a Black person gets a role in a film or television show. They need to stand behind and protect their actors, from being run off social media, because of people like that. It's important for the industry to come out and say they won't tolerate their

"employees" being treated in such a fashion, because that kind of behavior does indeed affect their bottom line, when actors don't want to take roles, because of the "whitelash" they think they'll get from angry dudebros, who are upset that yet another white person didn't get some film role. Those men represent only a small and highly vocal minority of people who watch movies, and are really not enough of the population that would make the industry the kind of money they can get from representing PoC.
