Absolutley ! PoC can be racist...towards other PoC! Since we live in this society too and we can pick up all the same messages bout ourselves that white people have controlled for centuries.

Be careful when asking this though because some of us get immediately suspicious of those who do. There are a number of White people who ask that question in bad faith and never seem to remember the part where PoC live here too, and receive all the same social conditioning to dislike PoC that they receive. They only ever seem to be concerned about how that dislike impacts them and how they can use that to declare their own victimhood.

Since racism requires being in some position of power over people enough to impact how they actually live or whether or not hey can live, no white person's life is impacted by our dislike of them which would be called prejudice or bigotry. Racism requires systems and institutions of power which we do not own or control.

When a PoC doesn't like someone who is white that is pretty much where the dislike ends. Most of the time their life and the lives of their family members, friends, and children will not be upheaved because a black person simply didn't like them.

And no, bigotry is never okay either.
